Our mold features

1. The template is pre-hardened P20 steel or 4CR13 steel.
2. The core, cavity and neck screws are made of S136 high-strength anti-corrosion stainless steel, which is better than 48HRC.
3. The template is finished by one-time processing to ensure the concentricity of the forming retainer and the guide bushing, thus ensuring the compact structure of the mold.
4. The opening and closing pull plate (material S136) adopts the bearing slide type to descend, and the performance is reliable. It is a highly integrated process of slider, push plate and eject. All sliding parts are inlaid with self-lubricating copper alloy to ensure low friction coefficient and strong wear resistance.
