We currently have a bottle designer and three preform designers, all of whom have more than 8 years of experience in PET molds. From the consumer’s point of view, design a bottle that is more in line with the market and buyers’ preferences. From the manufacturer’s point of view, combine blow molding machines and injection molding machines to design better mold solutions.
Yes, we provide mold proofing. If you place an order mold, free proofing. If you want to customize a new product during the preliminary inspection period, but do not want to make molds, we can also provide proofing services, including 3D proofing and real bottle proofing.
The delivery time of our bottle blowing machine mold is: 15-20 days after the drawing is confirmed. According to the number of cavities of the blowing mold, the 2-cavity blowing machine mold can be delivered within 2 weeks at the fastest. Lead time for preform mold: 45-50 days. Provide preform samples within 40 days.
In principle, we do not provide door-to-door installation services for blowing molds. Since installation is so easy, we can help you with video and text. Currently our customers are 100% ready to install. And before making the blowing mold, we will confirm the installation data of the blowing mold with you, so you only need to receive the mold and install it. If the preform mold has more than 72 cavities, we can provide door-to-door installation services according to customer requirements.
